Two couples. Four guests. One private island.

FAQ

Common questions.

Two couples maximum, four guests total. Each couple gets an independent lunch setup on a private island — your own table, your own pace. The ₱19,000 minimum guarantees the boat sails, even if only one couple books. If you're the only couple, you sail alone for the same per-pax rate. That's the lucky version.
Yes, strictly. Once 4 guests (two couples) are booked, the date closes. We do not overbook — no third couple, no "extra friends," no exceptions. The 4-guest rule is the entire point of this tour. Once a date shows as sold out, it's gone.
Your ₱9,500 covers: a dedicated speedboat seat (4-guest max), premium snorkeling gear for the full day, all island entrance fees and environmental permits, a fresh-grilled private island lunch with independent setup per couple, a licensed English-speaking guide, and bottled water throughout the day.

Not included: ground transit to the El Nido dock, the Government Eco-Tourism Development Fee (ETDF) paid at the dock, and lagoon entrance fees collected on the boat.
Standard joiner tours load 15–20 strangers onto a slow bangka — expect 60–90 minutes just to reach the first island. Our semi-private speedboat reaches the same spots in 20–30 minutes. You get earlier access before the crowd arrives, per-couple lunch tables on a private beach (not a shared buffet line), and a guide's full attention — not split 20 ways.
We accept PayPal, all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and bank transfers — all processed securely through PayPal's checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. Full payment is collected at the time of booking. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP); your card provider will handle any currency conversion at their standard rate.
Children are welcome. We recommend a minimum age of 6 years old for the full-day speedboat tour — younger children can find the motion and duration tiring, and some lagoon entry points require swimming or wading. Life jackets in child sizes are provided on board.

Please note that all guests, including children, count toward the 4-guest maximum. If you're booking with young children, message us on WhatsApp before booking so we can advise on route suitability.
You do not need to be a strong swimmer to enjoy the tour. Life jackets are available for all guests throughout the day, and our guide stays in the water with you at every snorkel stop. The lagoon and reef entry points are generally calm and shallow enough to enjoy with just a mask and fins, even if you're not confident in open water.

Non-swimmers regularly join and enjoy the entire day. If you have specific concerns, let us know at booking and we'll brief the guide in advance.
Wear your swimwear under light clothes. Pack: reef-safe sunscreen, a hat or cap, a dry bag for your phone and valuables, and cash for dock fees (ETDF and lagoon fees — exact amounts vary). We provide all snorkel gear, water, and lunch. Leave large luggage at your hotel — the speedboat has limited storage. A light jacket is useful; sea breeze at speed can chill you even in tropical heat.
Yes. Personal photography and videography for non-commercial use is welcome on board and at every stop. Note that drone flights in El Nido require a CAAP permit and are subject to local regulations in certain protected areas — check current rules before flying.

Underwater cameras and GoPros are perfect for the lagoons and reef stops. We can point you to the best spots and angles. If you plan to film commercially, please declare this at booking as additional permits may be required.
Safety is non-negotiable. If the Philippine Coast Guard suspends marine operations, your tour is cancelled and you receive a 100% refund or a free reschedule — your choice. We monitor conditions the evening before and will message you by 6:00 AM on departure day if there is any concern. Light rain does not cancel the tour; only a Coast Guard advisory or genuinely dangerous sea state does.
The speedboat is significantly more stable than a bangka in normal sea conditions, and most guests have no issues. If you're prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend taking a travel sickness tablet (e.g. Bonine / meclizine) the night before and again the morning of departure — not just on the boat. Ginger sweets can also help.

The boat stops at multiple islands throughout the day, so you'll be on solid ground regularly. If you experience severe seasickness on the water, the captain will always prioritise your comfort and safety.
Lunch is served on a private beach or sandbar — not on the boat. Each couple gets their own table set up independently on the sand. The spread includes fresh-grilled fish, grilled whole calamari, steamed rice, garden salad, sliced seasonal fruit (mango, watermelon), and fresh juice — all prepared and grilled by the crew on-site. No buffet line, no strangers at your table, no rush.

Dietary restrictions (vegetarian, no shellfish, allergies) can be noted during checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Tipping is not expected but is genuinely appreciated. The captain and guide work hard — long days, early starts, and a lot of physical effort. A typical tip of ₱200–₱500 per couple at the end of the day is a kind gesture if you felt the service was excellent. There is no pressure and no tip jar on the boat. The choice is entirely yours.
Yes. The minimum booking is 2 guests (₱19,000), and guests do not need to be a romantic couple — two friends, a parent and adult child, siblings, or any two people are welcome. The "two couples" framing is the maximum: 4 guests across two separate bookings. If your group is 3–4 friends, book all the seats together and you have a fully private boat at the semi-private rate.
Then it's just the two of you — a fully private boat at the same per-pax rate. The ₱19,000 minimum guarantees the boat sails regardless of whether a second couple joins. You can't lose: either you meet another couple and share the experience, or you get a private charter for free.
Minimum 24 hours through the standard online booking flow. Same-day bookings are occasionally possible — message us on WhatsApp (+63 949 861 4393) and we'll check. During peak season (November–May), popular dates fill 1–2 weeks in advance, so booking early is strongly recommended. Same-day bookings are only confirmed by exception.
Yes, two ways. Option 1: Book all 4 seats yourself (₱38,000 total) — the date is locked to your group only, same boat, same route, zero chance of a second couple joining. Option 2: Book our Premium Private Charter, which accommodates up to 8 guests on a larger vessel with a customisable itinerary. Message us on WhatsApp or visit the Premium Private Charter page for details.
